We do not hold any stocks. All our products are tailor made to match our customers’ branding requirements.

We also have numerous agencies serving Global Brands as our customers in Europe. Our international customers are always agencies.

Our working procedures can be summarized in a couple of phases:
You send your inquiry to our e mail.
We make sure that all the necessary information and specifications are listed in your e mail.
Provided that all information is given, we send your quotation in 24 hrs.
We reserve our right to change the quotes depending on the changes on your initial specifications and information.
When you approve the quotes we prepare your online designs ( unless sent by the client)
You can ask for a design or collection ( you are expected to share the client logos in vector format )
You can send us a design or collection
You can approve the designs or send critics for revisions
You receive revisions until the client approves the final design.
If you wish to receive a sample: You will be charged 250 EUR sample fee.
Production time for samples is 7 - 10 Days.
We will send the sample in 10 days.
We will revise the sample as many times as necessary.
The sample fee will be deducted from your final order following the approval. The DHL or UPS fees will be reflected on your final invoice.
You can also ask for lab dips for color approvals if you are asking for pantone clors.
o ORDER & PRODUCTION
If you are ordering a pantone color for the fabric :
we can only work with a TP or TPX pantone code.
For printing purposes please quote C pantone codes.
After the date of approval production time for collection:
For ready colors (non pantone colors) 4 -5 weeks
For special colors & pantone 6 - 7 weeks
You will receive and approve or revise the final Production Sample
You can contact your representative 24X7 and follow all the procedures.
You can visit the premises and follow the production.
You can ask for video recordings of parts of the production phases
