Lead The Field in Kempton Park

Lead The Field's core business is Skills Development and our primary product is the LAB - Learning Ability Battery - Assessment Tool. The growth of LAB manifested at all levels of upgrading &application. The demand for the LAB's application is evidently insatiable-value of optimal selection & recruitment can obviously never be overrated-the outcomes are too expensive. Our Mining& metal industry clients do not consider appointing an employee on their big machines if such person hasn't scored 100% in the assessment. The Mining/Construction/Engineering/Recruitment Industryis the biggest user of LAB. Our challenge is to provide quality support in the processes of assessment, education & health care-everything to create a better quality of life for people impactedby mining operations. Our task is to co-ordinate our services to enable Mining/Construction/Engineering/Recruitment & related business to reach their objectives. We facilitate not only optimalselection from a pool of prospective employees, but also increase access to a future pool of (basically educated) workforce. Training the right people for the right jobs ensures job-satisfaction,reduces work-stoppages & other disruptions. Training for skills & safety enjoys prime preference & the content of this training must be fully understood. Distorted communication willcompromise job & safety procedures resulting in poor productivity. The Mines Act & Regulations requires an ability to understand & communicate in English/French/Portuguese which is partof our Mining Support Programs.
