Symphonia Consulting is committed to capacity building in the field of Organisational Change. We work with organisational leaders and Human Resource (HR), Organisational Development (OD) and Change practitioners to develop their skills and strengthen their capacity to lead change in organisations. We introduce world-class organisational change processes and methodologies and support leaders and practitioners who are courageous enough to introduce new ways of doing and being into their organisations. We see conversation as the primary organising process in social systems, which is why our interventions are conversation-centric. Symphonia for South Africa is a registered Non-Profit Organisation with a vision to strengthen the fabric of South African society. We lead and initiate projects that are intended to engage South Africans in processes of nation building so that we can truly be a country that is Alive with Possibility!
