  • Saville Consulting Wave® Training - Wave Module

    The Saville Consulting Wave Module Training is a 2-day workshop for clients who do not currently hold the BPS Level 2 Personality Test User qualification or a certification in a substantivepersonality assessment. After the course, delegates will be qualified to use the Saville Consulting Wave Test. However, additional training will be required should delegates wish to use SavilleConsulting Aptitude Tests (please see BPS Level 2: Aptitude Test User Training). For clients who already hold a qualification in a substantive personality assessment such as OPQ32, 16PF, 15FQ+ or HPI(not MBTI, DiSC, Harrison Assessments etc.), you may attend a one-day Saville Consulting Wave Conversion Course rather than this two-day course.
  • Behavior Based Interviewing Course

    The interview is a common tool for employee selection. However, many interviewers have never been trained and it has long been recognized that there is little intra- and inter-rater reliability(consistency) where traditional non-structured interviews are utilized. This one-day workshop provides busy recruitment agency staff, human resource managers/professionals, selection panels and linemanagement with tools for increasing the objectivity and standardization of interviews. Delegates are taken through the whole process outlined below at an introductory level. During the course, thefacilitator will present an option to reconvene at a future date for a second day of deeper learning. This course is extremely practical. Delegates learn by doing!

    This intensive professional course provides training in psychometric assessment leading to the fulfillment of requirements for The British Psychological Society Register of Qualifications in Test Use- Levels 1 & 2 (previously BPS Level A & B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing). After successful completion of the course, delegates are qualified to order, administer, score,interpret and feedback on a complete range of ability and aptitude tests as well as multiple personality inventories (including assessments that PsyAsia does not offer). Successful delegates willalso be able to apply for the British Psychological Society's (BPS) RQTU Certification and the European Federation of Psychological Associations (EFPA) Level 2 Test User Certificate. This means theholder will be recognised internationally as having trained to the highest levels in the practical application of psychometric tests.     Organisational Psychologists scientifically inform the Human Resource profession and process. In view of this, PsyAsia International offers a full Human Resource Management Course that follows thecomplete 'HR Cycle'. The course is offered as a public course anywhere in the world and as a public course in various Asian locations throughout the year (usually Hong Kong & Singapore). When runas an in-house course, there is not the necessity to complete all modules. We can therefore provide in-house training that is focused specifically upon the client's current issues and/orrequirements. For public courses, the course is designed to be completed as a whole.
